Introducing 430 Oak Grove

Great press this week about a new community we will be managing, 430 Oak Grove, located in a beautiful setting near Loring Park.
The Star Tribune took a stroll down memory lane with this historic building, read more here. Almost 88 years later the building is being redeveloped into luxury apartments by the original builder. We are so excited to share with you the progress of this exceptional building.

Wow! i am excited to see what is done with this building and what Stuart Co will do when they are able to start renting! You guys always do such beautiful buildings. Yet another great community in an ever growing list. I am excited for you.
