Happening This Week: Move-In Day at Genesee!

It was opening day yesterday for the Plaza building at Genesee! Moving trucks began rolling in mid-morning and the outstanding staff team was organized and ready to help 28 new households move into their new home at Genesee.
The Plaza building is the second of the three buildings to open at Genesee. The townhomes opened in June, and the Tower will open in September. With 60 units and retail on first floor, the Plaza building offers studio, 1, and 2 bedroom floor plans. Hurry, this building is already over 70% pre-leased and several floor plans have sold out.
