It is amazing! The property is beautiful and has lots of unique charm. The staff is amazing and are always willing to help out when needed. The location is great- close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars and the park.

A Luxury Building in an Upscale Vicinity at Parkside
It’s very quiet and literally oozes serenity when you come home. The maintenance and upkeep are superb and the owners, StuartCo, realize the impact that superlative upgrades can make to an already beautiful apartment community. The on-site management works very hard to provide the very best and most accommodating service to residents.
We’re thrilled with this resident’s feedback of Parkside Apartments at Medicine Lake. We agree, this community is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood that truly does create a very serene environment. And only a mile from Clifton E. Great Location at Hopkins Plaza!
Great location! Hopkins is a fun city and small so its easy to get around. There are community activities, a variety of restaurants, a good movie theater with low-cost tickets, the arts center is awesome, great entertainment and community classes. Hopkins is the home of a top quality public performing arts high school, Main Street School of Performing Arts. There are quality car repair shops, storage facilities, banks, grocery store (Driskills), exercise places, hair salons, small fun shops, a variety of businesses such as acupuncture, massage, accountants, dentists, Hopkins Vision Clinic, ACE Hardware, and more. It’s close to HI 7 & Knollwood Mall; its off Excelsior Blvd., giving access to many St. Louis Park businesses including Methodist Hospital & Park Nicollet Clinic; & its very close to HI 169. In the complex, they take very good care of the outdoor swimming pool. Snow-removal efforts are excellent – they keep the walk ways cleared and salted. I’ve lived here for 5 years now & I’ve met some wonderful neighbors. Throughout the year there are several fun activities for the residents to get to know each other and local city service personnel often attend. Stuart Co mgmt and our local mgmt work hard to provide a quality place for residents to call home.
This resident provided such a great note about the convenient location of Hopkins Plaza! We hope that some have experienced the great area, but if not, go out and try some of these attractions this weekend!

An Exceptional Lifestyle at The View at Long Lake
After living on Turtle Lake for over 20 years, we really appreciate the views of Long Lake and enjoy the daily train going by. It wasn’t too hard moving from house to an apartment, because everything here was new, modern, and updated quality – especially love granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms. We have lots of storage in cabinets, closets, pantry, laundry room and from July to October we ate meals outside on our lakeside deck. Now it is too cold to do that, but it’s great that we have underground, heated parking for our car. And of course, we love that we were able to move in with our dog Daisy because The View allows pets. We’ve reserved the party room for private functions and I have been going to yoga classes with instructor Jenn in the fitness room. Can’t wait for the warmer weather so I can return to the outside pool and bike trails around the lake and park. It’s great not to pay real estate taxes, shovel snow or rake leaves, and if something needs repair, just call and the job is done and you won’t get a bill!!

Great Place to Live in St. Paul!
Friendly, communicative, and understanding property manager and staff from the front desk to maintenance crew. Willing to help resolve whatever problems that might arise from living in an apartment building with other tenants. Very responsive to maintenance issues that come up unexpectedly. They strive to make the place look clean the well maintained at all times. Great well maintained amenities. Reasonable rent prices. Assigned parking and many utilities included.

It’s called Shepard Park: walking distance to the Mississippi River trails, easy access to major highways and just a short drive to many fun things on Grand Avenue too. It is a fabulous neighborhood!

Clean, Calm, Well-Maintained at York Plaza.
Compare to any other apartments in near by area, York Plaza Apartments is the best. I am very much impressed by office staff , they are very cooperative and very polite. I am happy to live at York Plaza!
