Coachman Trails Staff is Very Friendly, Helping and Responsive
We received a nice note from a resident, here it is.
I have been here since last 5 months and I am very happy with the property. Specially, the staff is very friendly, helping and responsive. The most attractive thing is that all utilities are free including heating except electricity which is normal. The trash chutes are inside the building, so my wife does not need to go outside in winter. The property is also secure. The rent is little bit high though but it is acceptable as they don’t charge you for heating in winter. Overall very good place to live with your family.

Convenient Location at Carver Lake!
They have a great staff that is very tentative to our needs. Quick response on any maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Nice neighborhood with parks for kids, dog park for your 4 legged friends, walking paths to beach/lake very close by. Many different floor plans to chose from to fit your families needs… Winter time the roads/driveways are plowed quickly.

Respectful Community at Woodstone
Good location and nice amenities for the price. The community is respectful. Problems are handled quickly and the staff is really great. Honestly the staff are the most important reason to live at Woodstone. They are competent and friendly and really make you feel like they are taking care of you and your home. Always a pleasure to work with.

A Resident Returns to York Plaza After 10 Years
I lived at York Plaza 10 years ago, and selected it again, becuase StuartCo is a QUALITY company who reinvests in their well-cared for properties. I also wanted CONCRETE construction, and as a bonus, the decor is very tasteful/classic. (I also love my south facing window!!!)
I also want to thank Maryann, Barry, Adys, Colleen, Jennifer, and I apologize for not remembering the other staff members’ names who are always so helpful!!!!!! Your service and responsiveness is always there, no matter how busy you are.

“That it is a wonderful place to live. It has all the amenities of living in a single family home, but none of the hassles. No lawn mowing or major shoveling!!! All for a very reasonable price. It is a very quiet, safe, friendly area to live. The maintenance and office staffs are great. It is also pet friendly so there are many dogs to pet when you walk on the surrounding trails!”
