StuartCo and United Properties announce ground-breaking on Genesee Apartments & Townhomes at Penn & American in Bloomington. Genesee will be a multi-phased mixed-use development combining retail, restaurants and high-end apartments. The first phase will include construction of 212 apartments and 22 townhomes built by StuartCo, and 14,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space built by United Properties.
