StuartCo, along with 1,241 other MN companies were invited to participate in a survey conducted by Star Tribune and Pennsylvania based Workplace Dynamics. The survey is about companies whose employees have awarded them high marks in satisfaction and engagement. StuartCo is proud to have had a very high employee participation rate, and to have placed within the Top 100 based on how employees feel we value feeling “genuinely appreciated”, feeling “confident about their future with the company”, and believing that the organization is “going in the right direction.”
