Congratulations Jeff Robertson, Dawn Black, and Jack DeLeon!
The following is a letter sent to our corporate office by an appreciative resident:
Early in May I fell down and broke my ankle. My friends and relatives live 25 to 40 miles from my NorthPointe apartment, and I really did not want to call 911 to take me around the corner to an Urgent Care facility. I called our office, and all I can say is “thank heaven” for your team! Jeff has a wheelchair for the building, Dawn took me to Urgent Care, and Jack made my door more wheelchair accessible. He also moved my furniture, enabling me to use the wheelchair I eventually rented to get around my apartment.
Had it not been for Dawn, Jack, & Jeff, I really do not know what I would have done. I have lived in several large complexes since selling my home 20+years ago, and this team is by far the best. It actually is the best management team you have put together in the 3 years I have lived here, and I sincerely hope they remain here for as long as I do, & I don’t plan on moving anytime soon!
Once again, let me express my appreciation for your great management team. They deserve to be recognized for the work they do.
