The Plaza has a strong history of being very well maintained, including renovations currently taking place which are keeping it at the top of the local rental market. Beyond the physical structure is a community atmosphere where residents interact with respect, consideration and kindness, & staff goes the extra mile with great professionalism, caring & consistent follow-through and attention to detail.
Here’s a special shout out to MADACS nominee Sandy Kruschek, caretaker at Gold Crest in Hopkins. In her words, “Even a 41 year old building can look immaculate if you put your heart into it. I enjoy caretaking because it’s very rewarding to know my building looks clean, smells fresh, my residents are proud to have a home they can show off to their friends & family”. Here come two MADACS nominee highlights in a row for Coachman Trails Apartments. The entire team is nominated along with an individual nomination for Mike Phillips, maintenance. Mike has been with the property since the day it opened 24 years ago. He’s very careful about the decisions he makes and their long term effectiveness as he’ll likely be the one maintaining it years from now. Coachman Trails residents are in good hands with Mike on the job. Good luck tomorrow night Mike.
