The excitement continues as we introduce rental rates on the Genesee Townhomes. The 22-unit townhome building offers three exceptional floor plan styles; The two bedroom Savanna, the two bedroom+den Solana, and three bedroom St. Croix. Genesee’s townhome building is the first of the three buildings to open in June of this year. These two story townhomes feature the largest floor plans in the community with the exception of our gorgeous Penthouse suites located on the top floor of our 8-story Tower building. Pricing on the Tower and 4-story Plaza floor plans, including studios, one, and two bedrooms will be released by the end of February.

Townhome models are expected to be available as early as mid-March and will allow interested renters the opportunity to experience the beauty of these two story urban townhomes in person. Until then, allow us to paint a picture for you.

The Solana is the largest of the three styles. The two+den is a two story, two bedroom home offering an extremely spacious 1,829 square feet of living area. It is highly difficult to find a floor plan this size in the Bloomington, Richfield, and Edina area. This floor plan offers stunning windows on three sides of the home allowing in plenty of direct sunlight. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel, and plank flooring. A private terrace offers outdoor living space in addition to a sizeable living room and dining room. The master suite is 21 x 11 with a walk-in closet, private bath featuring dual sinks and five windows surrounding the space. The second bedroom also has private bathroom access. Also featured on the sleeping level is a convertible space that could be used as a den or loft with an additional walk-in storage closet. In-home laundry is conveniently located between the bedrooms as well as extra linen space. This gorgeous floor plan is in short supply, with only four on the property.

The St. Croix is our three bedroom townhome offering 1,666 square feet of living space well balanced between the living area and sleeping level. Private terrace, spacious living room, and kitchen complete with granite, stainless steel, plank flooring and extra countertop space make up the living level. All three bedrooms are exceptional size, two with walk-in closets and a private bath featuring dual sinks in the master suite. In-home laundry is conveniently located on the sleeping level with a powder room for guests on the main floor. Large windows grace this floor plan with the addition of a stunning vertical window over the staircase. This floor plan is also in short supply with just four on the property.

Finally, the Savanna is our gorgeous two bedroom, two story townhome offering 1,509 square feet of living space with a sunny living room, private terrace, and wrap around kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel, and plank flooring. The bedrooms are both master style with private bathroom access, one featuring dual sinks, full length closets and double windows. In-home laundry is conveniently located on the sleeping level with an extra powder room on the main floor.

 With construction moving right along, we expect to have models opened in our Townhomes in the end of March 2012. We’ll be hosting sneak preview tours for those of you on our interest list.
