I was looking for a place in St Paul and had driven past the Plaza many times. I always thought it looked like a nice place. The parking lot was always clean, the lawn was always in great shape. So I had the chance to stop by on a Saturday and I arrived shortly after noon.I was greeted by Tess Marsh and I was very pleased! She was very friendly and informative about the property. We sat and chatted for a while, then went on the tour. I was very surprised by all that the property has to offer. We toured two apartments, the pool area and the garage. Tess was very nice to work with and very knowledgeable about the property and the area. She even went as far as to offer me a bottle of water. Very nice!
I was sold on doing the paperwork and looking to move in. But, In my line of work things change very quickly, and living in Minnesota is not going to work for me at this time. However, if I move back The Plaza will be the first place I look into! With customer service being one of the things I sell and enjoy seeing—and I have to say a lot of people don’t see a need for it anymore; to some it is always about the dollar—Tess Marsh hit the mark on customer service perfectly!
