A resident recently showed Mike the apartment’s bathroom vanity; it definitely needed to be replaced. There was no money in the budget to cover a new one; the resident would have to wait until next year.
However, Mike knew of someone who had one that might fit. Mike measured and found that it would! Mike traded this person his labor for the bathroom vanity; Menards price for something similar would have been $135 plus tax. Mike installed the new vanity and took some “before” and “after” photos.
I think Mike went beyond the responsibility of his job and went out of is way to keep a resident happy.
