On Sunday, June 17, the Star Tribune published its “Top 100 Workplaces 2012”— a list of the best places to work in Minnesota. We are proud to report that StuartCo has received the special recognition of being named a Top 100 Company, a ranking that places us among the best of the best, for the second consecutive year.
The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey that is conducted by a third party firm. A total of 331 companies participated in the survey, 95 in the midsize category where StuartCo competes. We ranked #15 on the midsize list, 9 points ahead of our ranking last year.
We’re extremely proud of this achievement as it is our employee responses that earn us this rank, and 73% of our employees participated in the survey. The feedback noted our strong commitment to employee and resident satisfaction, career growth opportunities, and personalized recognition from executive leaders, as well as benefits that extend beyond health, dental, and 401k.
We’ve always known that our dedicated employees take us from “good to great” every day, but the results of this survey and our ranking on the Top 100 list verifies that our employees share the same vision, values, and loyalty.
