Our residents at Riverview at Upper Landing may just be able to enjoy the spectacular show on their balconies.
The City of Saint Paul will once again celebrate America’s independence with a traditional fireworks show from Downtown St. Paul on July 4. The fireworks show will take place from St. Paul’s Downtown riverfront area, near Harriet Island Regional Park. Harriet Island will be open for those wishing to bring a blanket and watch from there. Fireworks start at dusk (about 10:15 p.m.).
