We’ve been keeping up with the busy Summer pace and added new features at a handful of our communities, we’ll give you a bit of a tour below.
Woodridge Apartment Homes, located in Eagan, welcomed a Children’s Playroom. The Playroom features two large chalkboard walls and a few of everyone’s favorite characters: Dr. Seuss, SpongeBob and Patrick too!
Lamplighter Village’s, located in St. Paul, pool received a few structural updates this Summer. The project was completed just in time for July4th, over 100 people stopped by throughout the day for their pool opening party to enjoy manager Stacey’s pulled pork meal at the gathering. We heard residents are requesting another get together, just for the food!
Southwest Gables, located in Omaha, Nebraska, received a brand new stunning sign!
Coachman Trails, located in Plymouth, added a beautiful gazebo to create an exceptionally relaxing environment right on the shore of a nearby lake. A grill is provided too, what a great possible dinner location right in your backyard!
