Today we’re celebrating our busy Summer season! And believe it or not, we’re very near to the end already. The Summer season is usually our busiest and we’d like to give you a slight glimpse into how busy 2012 is turning out to be.
Our StuartCo team members came in contact with 3,200 people at over 30 communities, whether that be via e-mail, a phone conversation or a walk-in to the community.
StuartCo team members also accompanied 1,200 future StuartCo residents on a tour of our communities.
On June 1st we celebrated the opening of the Townhomes at Genesee, located in Bloomington, Minnesota.

We celebrated the grand opening on July 1st of a another new community, The View at Long Lake located in New Brighton, Minnesota.
July 15th was the grand opening of The Plaza building at Genesee, 30 residents moved in this day as well!

Looking into the next three months we will open The Tower building at Genesee mid-September, featuring our exceptional penthouse apartment homes.

Late November/early December we’ll celebrate nearing the end of construction for 430 Oak Grove, overlooking beautiful Loring Park in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
