Today we’re celebrating July’s Employee of the Month, Liz from Highland Ridge Apartments.
The following message was emailed to property manager Robin by a new resident:
Hi, Robin,
We recently moved to Highland Ridge Apartments from out of state and want to let you know how happy we are with our decision to rent here. Initially, we were quite nervous as this was our first time renting an apartment sight unseen. After much research, we spoke with several leasing agents at comparable properties in the Saint Paul area. Liz went above and beyond all others to help us from afar and made our choice of Highland Ridge Apartments an easy one. Liz was extremely organized and helpful in offering information, and she eased the stress of the entire process with professionalism and friendliness. She understood this was a big step for us and therefore took the time to thoroughly address our questions and concerns with unending patience; she even offered her personal cell phone number when we applied online over the weekend, as she thought we might have questions regarding the process during off-hours. We were still feeling slightly hesitant when we arrived in Saint Paul and explored the neighborhood, but Liz gave us a tour of the property and reassured us that Highland Park is a wonderful place to live. Liz is an exceptional leasing consultant and it has been an absolute pleasure working with her. We look forward to our stay here at Highland Ridge Apartments.

I totally comfirm this writer’s comments on Liz. She is an exceptional employee at Highland Ridge. We just moved here after selling our house of 34 years. Liz was kind, helpful, and compassionate. I was wary about moving into a big complex, but with every encounter with Liz, we were made to feel more and more at home. Her ease in talking with residents, her promptness in finding out answers, her helpfulness in meeting needs went way above what we expected. Both my husband and I are professional people, and Liz was able to maintain a professionalism while being personally friendly at the same time. I wanted her to be the one in the office when we came with questions, needs, or money. Because of her personality, she was the easiest and most enjoyable to work with. She deserves all the accolades that she receives. Be sure to treat her well so that she stays working for your company.
