We’ve had a busy couple of weeks touring at 430 Oak Grove! We’re thrilled at the amount of people interested in a tour. Currently, we are leasing via phone and our ‘satellite office’ at Dunn Bros located very near to 430 Oak Grove. Dunn Bros has graciously allowed us to meet those interested in touring at this location before heading to the property. And those that have toured agree, the progress is stunning!

For over 88 years, 430 Oak Grove has been an icon in the Loring Park Neighborhood. The result of redevelopment will be a $20 million conversion that will create 75 luxury apartments overlooking Loring Park and the downtown skyline. The goal is to respect the original limestone facade, but to update to appeal to today’s renters. That includes taking advantage of the 15-foot ceilings by creating two units with mezzanine levels.
