Apartment developer StuartCo and Simon Property Group have won approval to build a 232-unit apartment project adjacent to Southdale Center in Edina.
The Sun Current reports that the Edina City Council approved the project, called One Southdale Place, which includes a 10-story apartment building (and two smaller structures) in the southeast corner of the Southdale parking lot along York Avenue.
