StuartCo’s Paperless Communication


StuartCo continues to make progress on our goal of reducing waste by 10% in 2013.

StuartCo has been utilizing One Call Now to deliver paperless communications and we’ve seen great success! Our residents enjoy the prompt notification system that delivers messages through cell phone, text, e-mail or a phone call. Our property teams have also been consistently using the system, managers enjoy the time and resources savings. Next to utilize this system is our maintenance teams for emergencies or additional help needed. It’s an exciting step in continuing to reach our goal in 2013, and we know our use of One Call Now will continue to expand.

And as in the past, we’d like to invite you to be a part of StuartCo’s GreenTEAM!

We are making smart, energy saving choices to preserve our planet. We invite you to become a member of the StuartCo GreenTEAM.

Our goal is to reduce our waste by 10% in 2013 and we hope you’ll join us in reaching our goal! Here’s how we’re planning to achieve it.

1)      We’ll be minimizing the amount of printed materials that are delivered to our residents by utilizing sophisticated digital communication tools.

2)      We will continue our efforts to reduce utility consumption by ensuring that our systems are always operating as efficiently as possible

3)      We will be asking our team members, residents, and business partners to join our efforts
