E street flats opened its doors yesterday and we welcomed in the first group of new residents! E street flats now houses students from numerous colleges in the area including Bethel, Northwestern, Hamline, the University of MN, and Century College.
This brand new student housing community has 75 suites ranging in size from studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms. E street residents will enjoy a 4,000 Sq. Ft. sports center, a large study lounge space, a media room and more all within the one building.
E street allows residents to live amongst their friends in a community that caters only to student’s needs. We are thrilled to welcome these new residents to the neighborhood!
