StuartCo employees and residents are celebrating another successful Charity Week raising over $15,000 for Simpson Housing Services, an organization helping to support and advocate for people experiencing homelessness. With this donation PLUS a match from StuartCo, we’re presenting a check for $30,000 to forward their cause.
Each year, our properties set aside one week in September to host creative fundraising opportunities for residents, friends, and family. Events range from treat sales, to silent auctions & raffles, movie nights, festive parties, car washes and even pet events.

We take great pride in our charitable partnership with Simpson Housing and were recently awarded a coveted Multifamily MADACS Award (Multihousing Achievement in Design, Advertising, and Community Service) for our Community Service Program. In addition to fundraising, StuartCo also provides additional time and talent to help maintain Simpson’s facilities, provide personalized backpacks for back-to-school, tutor youth in their program, and much more.
Congratulations to our Charity Committee on their award, and to our property teams – employees and residents – on their efforts which resulted in such a sizable donation for an important cause!
