Name: Ryan Townsend
Property: StuartCo Corporate (IT Support)
MADACS Award Category: Support Staff

 Ryan Townsend-StuartCo-Category #15

What do you love most about your job?

My favorite thing about my role as IT Support Specialist at StuartCo is helping people in need. Often times when users come to me with a problem via our online ticketing system, phone, or email, they can be very frustrated or irritated as result of their IT problem. I find greeting these users with a smile or enthusiasm to fix their problem (along with my technical skills) will make the process of repair go not only more smoothly, but will also create a better overall user experience.

What does this nomination mean to you?

I hold great pride in being nominated for this MADACS Support Staff category as I value my superior’s and user-base’s opinion of my performance. I’m so thankful for the recognition of my hard work. I see this nomination as an opportunity to continue to provide excellent IT support to StuartCo’s whole user base.

A special shout-out to Travis Guza, StuartCo’s IT Director, I wouldn’t be here without his recognition, continued support & knowledge, and the letter of recommendation for this MADACS nomination. Thank you Travis!
