Louie Loves: Heritage Landing

Louie Loves is a blog series that has Louie, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with impeccable taste (and a big diva attitude) visiting our StuartCo communities and reporting back with his take on the property and the surrounding neighborhood.

I’m really amazed at the variety of communities StuartCo has in its portfolio—no matter if you love the city or the country, StuartCo has something for you.

And sometimes, the city and the country meet in one fabulous package. Welcome to Heritage Landing, the exciting North Loop community that has both exciting city life and relaxing nature right outside its doors.

HeritageLandingExterior

Heritage Landing is a community of flats, apartments, townhomes, and penthouses—no matter what your lifestyle or needs are, they can match you with the perfect home.

Of course, someone of my stature just HAD to check out the penthouse.

WHOA. Talk about a home that fits my (elegant and distinguished) lifestyle! This penthouse gives sophisticated living a modern, exciting flair. Stainless steel top line appliances, granite countertops, huge closets, and an AMAZING soaking tub in the master bathroom with an incredible view—I’m ready to move in.

LOOK AT THIS VIEW!

Trust me, it’s not just the penthouses at Heritage Landing that are impressive. All of their homes feature stylish kitchens, unique finishes, and modern yet classic space.

In addition to wonderful private homes, Heritage Landing offers a host of community amenities, including a rooftop deck, party room, fitness center and concierge services, including dry cleaning and package delivery. The front office team is super attentive and nice—and there are always dog treats in the office!

All of this is enough to make me stay put in my beautiful home for the rest of my dog years.

But then the North Loop is right outside the door.

If you and your human are looking for a neighborhood with an endless amount of activities to do together, look no further than the North Loop.

Drink

Toast Wine Bar is in the same building at Heritage Landing—it couldn’t be easier for you and your human to enjoy a glass of white wine on a hot summer day while people watching. And In The Loop is a new coffee shop just down the street—perfect for a Saturday morning stroll to get coffee and a pastry.

Grass

Heritage Landing is one of the North Loop buildings closest to the river—just a few blocks down the road and you’re in gorgeous green space with river walking trails and bike paths.

Water Fountain

They even have a water fountain JUST FOR DOGS in the park!

Shopping

If your human is like mine, she will have no problem spending her money at unique, fun, and (most importantly) dog-friendly stores. Roe Wolfe, The Foundry Home Goods, and many more are all within walking distance to Heritage Landing and welcome those of us with four legs.

I could’ve explored all day. Heritage Landing is one of a kind—nature and city all at the tip of your paws.
