On Friday, September 23rd, 2016, the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) will hold its 21st annual MADACS Awards: Multi housing Achievement in Design, Advertising & Community Support. The purpose of the MADACS awards is to recognize owners and associates who have made significant contributions to multi housing marketing and management through exemplary achievements.

What do you love most about your job?
It’s hard to pick just one thing I love about my job! I truly love the team I work with at Riverview. All of my co-workers are a blast to work with and that makes every day a lot of fun.
I also really like how each day is different—I love that type of variety. If there is anything that I have learned while working here is that you can never predict how your day will go—in a good way! It is always interesting to me that my position can have so much consistency yet be vastly different on a day-to-day basis. That type of challenge has really helped me become a better problem solver.
What does this nomination mean to you?
It is a very humbling feeling to be nominated and I am thankful that StuartCo thought of me for a MADACS award. It is a great feeling that my co-workers at StuartCo appreciate my contributions to Riverview and our company. I hope to represent StuartCo well in the Assistant Manager category.
