National Night Out Celebration 2016

The communities of StuartCo celebrated National Night Out in a big way last night- we love the opportunity to get to know our neighbors and celebrate and strengthen community in a fun way. Here are just a few highlights from last night’s events!

Carver Lake Townhomes celebrated with a barbecue, face painting, a bouncy house, and an ice cream truck.

The Deer Ridge and Raspberry Woods communities in Hopkins came together for a night of fun, face painting, and a special visit from the SWAT team.

The Eagle Creek Townhomes community in Shakopee chatted with neighbors as they had walking tacos for dinner and a bouncy house and bingo for entertainment.

Genesee Apartments and Townhomes fourth annual National Night Out event featured a catered buffet, ice cold beverages, and lots of photo booth fun!

There was a great turnout at Greenfield for their barbecue, dunk tank, bouncy house, and sno cones, which were big hit in the heat. Sparky and the Hopkins Fire Department even made a special appearance!

The North Loop community of Heritage Landing had a hugely successful event with a barbecue, beverages, live music, and a raffle.

Hopkins Plaza residents enjoyed food, face painting, and water balloons for their festive night.

Over 400 people attended Lamplighter Village’s celebration of community, which included food and lots of dancing!

It was a hot one in Omaha for our residents at Southwest Gables, but everyone still managed to have a great time together at their courtyard barbecue!

Woodridge residents enjoyed dinner together, as well as gift cards and Twins tickets drawings.

York Plaza threw a Hawaiian party, complete with grass skirts and a live band!

The Alton (StuartCo’s memory care home) transformed into a real-life Candyland! In addition to walking through the Peppermint Forest and touring the Candy Castle, residents were treated to games, face painting, cotton candy, and hot dogs.

The Shepard Park neighborhood, which includes The Wellington, Rockwood Place, Highland Ridge, The Plaza, Woodstone, and the brand new Madison Studios has a famously BIG celebration each year. 2016’s event included a mobile petting zoo, face painting, root beer floats, sno cones, dinner, and bingo!
