On Friday, September 23rd, 2016, the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) will hold its 21st annual MADACS Awards: Multi housing Achievement in Design, Advertising & Community Support. The purpose of the MADACS awards is to recognize owners and associates who have made significant contributions to multi housing marketing and management through exemplary achievements.

What do you love most about your job?
We love helping people and making our residents happy. The satisfaction that comes from solving problems and making people feel appreciated makes us feel good. We love the variety that comes with our jobs and that every day is something different. The long-term residents make working here special. We know them all by name and they treat Stonehill like their home, not a temporary apartment. We also love meeting our new residents and will never tire of all the food and treats the residents bring down!
What does this nomination mean to you?
