StuartCo’s three senior living communities in the Shepard Park neighborhood of St. Paul embody Pablo Picasso’s belief to the core, and focus on LIVING life to its fullest.
We’d like to introduce you to The Wellington, Rockwood Place, and The Alton. Additionally, StuartCo manages Shepard Park Home Care, with a full staff of RN’s, LPN’s and Resident Assistants available to meet the needs of our residents who reside at The Wellington and The Alton.

Next door to The Wellington is Rockwood Place, a 55+ community for independent seniors. Offering an affordable housing option in the beautiful Shepard Park neighborhood, residents enjoy regular community events and complimentary transportation to shopping areas four days a week.
Rockwood Place is also home to The Messy Chef, who regularly entertains and educates residents with cooking classes!
