The StuartCo Experience: Part 1

Since StuartCo was founded 1970, we’ve embodied the belief that when it comes to our residents, it truly is:

Your Home. Our Commitment.

As we have grown, this commitment has remained in place, along with the experience that comes from being one of the long-standing property management companies in the Upper Midwest. Since our inception, we have participated in the development of over 10,000 housing units!

This kind of experience wouldn’t be possible without our founder and chairman, Stuart Nolan. For the last 47 years, Stuart skillfully and consistently steered our company in the right direction—because of his dedication and hard work, he developed StuartCo into the successful business it is today. With Stuart’s committed leadership, our business has grown from 150 units to over 5,000 units in 2017.

We recognize that we would not have achieved this level of success without the loyalty, dedication and hard work from all of our employees.

Definitely

We are proud of these facts and figures: StuartCo employs over 400 employees, 61 of who have been with us for over five years, (which is over 15% of our workforce!) We also have 33 employees who have been with us for over 10 years, and 16 employees who have been with us for over 20 years.

Through their experience, our employees are well versed in the meaning of hard work. Since 2007, StuartCo has processed nearly 268,000 work orders! That’s an average of over 24,000 work orders a year.

And because of our talented, smart, and dedicated employees contributing to the StuartCo mission every single day, we have been voted a Top Workplace for seven years in a row.

Through our dedication to commitment, loyalty, personal touch, trust, experience, care, value, consistency, and goodwill, we are proud to be a top place to work and live.
