Located in Edina, Minnesota, One Southdale Place is the premier address for luxury living in one of Minneapolis’s most desirable suburbs. We recently asked the excellent on-site team—“What are the top five reasons to live at One Southdale Place?” Here is what they had to say…
#5: Location
One Southdale Place is situated in the heart of a bustling and vibrant community, just steps away from everything you could want or need. Leave your car at home—myriad shopping, dining and entertainment options are right outside your door.
Relax over coffee at Caribou or Starbucks or grab a quick lunch at Chipotle or Panera. For fine dining, McCormick & Schmick’s, CōV, Rojo and Crave are just a few of the options within a block of our building.
You can easily walk to pharmacies, grocery stores, spas and shopping of all sorts. In nice weather, you continue another block or two to the beautiful walking trails, golfing and paddle boating options located at Centennial Lakes Park. The park offers year-round events of all kinds. If you’re not the hearty sort who likes outdoor ice skating you can join us in counting the days until the Farmer’s Market opens again in the Spring!
End your day by unwinding with a movie at the Southdale’s 16-screen movie theater or a few lanes of bowling at Pinstripes.

So you want to connect with neighbors (but aren’t quite ready to sign up for fitness classes) we’ve got you covered! One Southdale Place offers a variety of monthly resident events that contribute to the fun and social atmosphere of our community. From our annual holiday party, to cooking classes in the Club Room, to summertime happy hours on the rooftop terrace, to donuts at the concierge desk you can mix and mingle with your friends and neighbors.
