MADACS season is upon us! This year, the Minnesota Multi Housing Association will host their 25th MADACS gala on October 23rd at U.S. Bank Stadium.

We are excited to highlight a few of our exemplary employees that have been nominated:
Mike Phillips, Coachman Trails Apartments, Maintenance: Supervisor/Lead
Mike has been with StuartCo since 2007 and is a star team member! He knows Coachman Trails better than anyone else and always goes above and beyond in his work. He has mentored many other StuartCo maintenance technicians tobe the best they can be and we are so lucky to have Mike on our team since Coachman has opened!
Rick Hoffman & Jon Inamagua, Genesee Apartments & Townhomes, Maintenance: Team
Rick and Jon are a team like no other! They have worked at Genesee
together for over 3 years and operate as a well-oiled machine to keep the property in tip top shape. Together, they provide excellent and timely service to residents and they radiate positivity. Thank you, Rick and Jon,for bringing a great attitude and work ethic to the team every day!
Brian Evgen, StuartCo Corporate Office, Maintenance: Roving
Brian has been a part of StuartCo for over 4 years and has had many accomplishments during his time with us! He was awarded the President’s Award in 2019 for demonstrating a fantastic spirit of teamwork and appreciation of fellow employees and has also implemented many cost saving efficiency improvements throughout his time. Whitney has been with us for nearly 3 years and is an essential part of the Genesee team! She is a vital part of building community within the property and the way she connects with prospects is so genuine.
