Because it’s March, we know all too well there could still be a snow day or two in the near future. Most of our rental communities offer great fitness centers as an indoor option. Here are a few examples if you’re in search of a new home and want to fire up your spring fitness goals even if it’s still cold and snowy outside:

One Southdale Place
This 24-hour fitness center features precor cardio equipment with individual monitors, as well as free weights & resistance training. Not only that, there are group fitness classes on a regular basis.

E-Street Flats
If you are or know of a college student in the area, this student housing community in Arden Hills caters to students’ needs and offers a 4,000 square foot sports center with cardio, weights, and gaming. Pilates and yoga classes are also offered regularly.

Genesee Apartments and Townhomes
This trendy community in the heart of the new Penn American District in Bloomington offers complimentary yoga classes, a Wellbeats digital fitness trainer, and 1,700 square feet of cardio equipment, free weights, kettle bells, and medicine balls.
