We finished up a great week last week with our annual Fall Career Development Day. Our theme this year was Accelerating Excellence, we are committed to Accelerating Excellence in our employees. We had a great time seeing the site teams from out-of-state, Northpointe, Riverplace, Southwest Gables and of course the many team members from our sites in state as well.
The day began with a very entertaining magician and juggler who taught our attendees the magic behind balancing life, work, and new skills. He was indeed entertaining to get the StuartCo team up and ready to learn bright and early. Corny jokes, magic tricks, it was just what everyone needed to get the day started. The day included flu shots provided by Shepard Park Home Care, educational seminars, and a key-note given by Lisa Moe on the state of the company as well as one by Stuart Nolan on the state of the industry. Both are great, informational snapshots of both the company and the industry.
